Episode 18 of Season 4:
How Do You Roll? is a concept for a custom-made sushi shop. They currently have several franchises across the southern United States. The idea is to deliver freshly made sushi that is customized for each guest.

SMARTwheel gives drivers an extra incentive to stay safe while driving. The wheel cover has sensors in it that detect unsafe driving, and a variety of alerts can be set up to report the unsafe driving. Not sure if it might turn out to be just one more distraction while driving, but the idea seems to make sense.
Gotta Have S’More is the new "not-a-cupcake" cupcake. At $29.95 for a "S'muffins Dozen, they are a bit pricey, but probably worth at least one taste!

Season 4
It's been a while since I've update the blog, and now there have been 55 episodes in 4 seasons of Shark Tank! It's amazing how many products have been reviewed and the success that so many clever products and ideas have seen as a result of appearing on the show.
One of my favorite segments in the new episodes is when they go back and take a look at previous season's contestants and see where they are now. Of course they are hand picking the winners to show their success, and to set them up for even more growth, but it is still impressive what people are able to achieve with the help of the investors!
My plan for the blog is to begin to follow the show again more regularly, as well as to go back and look at past episodes and products. I still think it would be interesting to see where some of the ideas that were rejected have ended up and to find out if the mere fact of being on TV has brought them success.
